Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be received in full before items are shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping. DEZVADI STVDIO is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs clearance.

Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including images, designs, logos, and text — is the property of DEZVADI STVDIO and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

DEZVADI STVDIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
